PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter of this prize draw (the Draw) is Rocco Forte & Family (Hotel Management) Limited (the Promoter), whose registered office is at 78 St James’s Street, London, SW1A 1JB.

2. The prize consists of a 2-night stay in a Deluxe Room for two people at Verdura Resort, Sicily, including a daily breakfast, and a traditional Sicilian dinner for two at Trattoria Liolà (traditional appetizers, one main course of choice from the chef’s daily selection, and a dessert), paired with wine selected by the sommelier.

3. Entrants to the Draw must be aged 18 or over.

4. Entries to the Draw will not be accepted from employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

5. The Draw may only be entered online via the Rocco Forte Hotels form at the link https://t.e.roccofortehotels.com/webApp/rfhEvents?eventId=410953175&lang=en. Entrants will be required to fill out details of their full names, email addresses, postal addresses and telephone numbers.

6. The Draw is free to enter and no purchase needs be made to enter it.

7. The Draw will be open for entry between 00:00 on 27/04/26 and 23:59 GMT on 10/05/26.

8. To enter the Draw, you must complete the form referred to in clause 5 and click 'submit'. Only one entry per entrant is permitted.

9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not being successfully completed due to any technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure or satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

10. By registering for the Draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that you are aged 18 or over. The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of age.

11. Winner

A. The winner will be selected by random draw performed by a computer process initiated by the Promoter on 12/05/2026. The winner will then be notified of their win by email to the address provided on registration on 19/05/2026.

B. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 calendar days of such notification, or otherwise does not accept their prize, they will forfeit their right to the prize and the Promoter may select another winner to replace them in accordance with the process described above provided that the Promoter may organise the new draw and make the ensuing notification on such dates as it reasonably decides.

C. Final responsibility for determining the operation of each Draw, including eligibility and the identity of the winners, rests with the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Draw is final and binding on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

12. Prize

The prize for the Draw is as described below, subject to the terms set out at below, and must be claimed. The winner who has responded to notification of their win by the Promoter under clause 11 and accepted their prize will be provided with details as to how to do this.

The Prize consists of the following:

●       A 2-night stay for two people in a Deluxe Room at Verdura Resort, Sicily

●       Daily breakfast for two people at Buongiorno restaurant

●       One traditional Sicilian dinner for two at Trattoria Liolà (traditional appetizers, one main course of choice from the chef’s daily selection, and a dessert), paired with wine selected by the sommelier.

Hotel reservations will be organised directly with the hotel’s reservation team, over the phone or by email.

In regards to rooms please be aware that the resort operates upon seasonal availability and guest must check at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to offer alternative options. Blackout dates apply on June, July, and August; holidays and long weekends.

The Prize is valid through March 31, 2027 and subject to availability.

A. The prize includes flights expenses, and if you win you will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and any other documents you require, as well as for the costs of travel. Dates for accommodation once requested and accepted by the hotel cannot be changed.

B. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

13. Entrants who do not comply in full with these terms and conditions may be disqualified at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

15. Subject to clause 16, insofar as is permitted by law neither the Promoter nor its subsidiaries, agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you (either as a participant in the Draw or as a winner) or accept any liability for loss or damage occurring as a result of your entering the Draw or taking up the prize, except where such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of (as relevant) the Promoter or its subsidiaries, agents or distributors, or of any of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

16. Except for what is included in the prize, the winner's stay will be subject to the usual terms and conditions between guests and the relevant Rocco Forte entity, and to the usual prices for guests.

17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations under these terms and conditions caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war,  terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, loss of connectivity, Internet or email failure or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.

18. By entering the Draw you will be transferring personal data to the Promoter. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and no other purpose unless we have your consent. 19. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
